Most of emotional suffering comes from judgments based in misunderstanding and illusion. People misinterpret, have false expectations, lack forgiveness for themselves and others and get caught seeking material things to fill up the hole they feel inside. Often their emotions-thoughts-actions do not line up and create blocks that limit their lives.
Sandi’s sessions focus on practical skills and methods that help patient/clients achieve more of what they want in life.
Counseling is currently being done on-line. In-person counseling is also available if preferred.
A thirty-minute introductory session is given when you are interested in working with Sandi. At that time with no cost nor obligation, you can “check her out,” ask questions, etc., giving you a preview of how the counseling with Sandi works.

A treatment plan of care is generated for each patient with updates every six to eight sessions.
